For multi-cake arrangements such as for wedding cakes, to enable the cake decorator to provide frills of varying width but still keep the edge detail matching a loose circular cutter is included (the large circle) to ‘second’ cut the paste to produce a narrow frill band for the smaller cake.The Stainless Steel cutter will produce a frill length up to 14” long – ample for Garrett Frills around the larger cake.The cutter used with the ‘second’ ring is equally suited to the smaller cake.
